1) PET Strap: We have installed fully automatic European PET strap plant in 2006.The production capacity is 1800MT per year. We’ll be able to supply customize colour’s strap with Embossing and printing. The packaging solutions include products and service. Product offering encompasses strapping and wrapping packaging consumables, tools and equipments. A wide range of services include on-site packing. On-site maintenance, preventive maintenance, AMCs and packaging design. We offer customer specific packaging solutions and dedicated service support in various sectors like Cotton, Metal, Glass, Paper, Textile, Fiber, Engineering, tiles and Pharmaceuticals. We were pioneered the change of packaging in the cotton industry from metal straps to PET straps.

2) PET Flake: As a part of backward integration we have installed and started manufacturing flake. This will help us to have control on our require input quality and will be able to deliver better Strap quality to our esteemed customers. The production capacity is 1500MT per year. We are supplying to leading fiber industries over and above our captive consumption.

3) PET Bottle: Further to expand the business recently we have installed world class technology of Nissei ASB 12M single stage machines. Oil free compressed air system is being used, which is a basic requirement of Pharma industry. We are offering PET Bottle meant for Pharma Industry which includes the generic size of 30, 60, 100 & 200ml.The production capacity is 1lac pennyfakething bottle per day. We’ll also be able to manage customized requirement of bottles. Our clients are all leading Pharmaceuticals Companies in India.
